Melt tension with an afternoon sound bath! Soothing sound frequencies will be paired with a selection of yin yoga poses for a restorative experience. This curated session is intended to support the whole body, with special focus on balancing the nervous system and endocrine system.
During the sound bath, you will settle into a personal journey space through gentle breath work, meditation, and a natural cadence between silence and sound. Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and an array of sound healing tools will be used throughout the practice to surround you in healing sound frequencies. To close the session and ease back into daily life, you will be guided through slow movements of yin yoga poses. (Poses are optional and can be modified.) Leave the session feeling grounded and rejuvenated!
Please dress in layers, as your body temperature may drop during the sound bath. You are welcome to bring items to help you feel most comfortable while lying down and sitting during the session, such as a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or yoga bolster. A few reclining chairs will be available for guests to use. It is recommended to bring a water bottle with you and drink plenty of water after the session for energetic integration.
